10% cycle time reduction with HTS Injection System

HTS Injection system consists of three innovative products

• iTherm® Plunger

• HTS Shot sleeve

• iTherm® Distributor/Shot block

The system is delivered as a problem-solving solution in cases where the casting process is to be optimized and the casting cycle shortened. FE simulation and optimization of the casting process is performed by our engineers in the 5 STEP process.

It guarantees required manufacturing tolerances and product performance, and as such is subject to our full warranty. Each of our Injection systems installed reduced the process cycle time by not less than 10%.
