Advantages over conventional plunger

Cycle time reduction

The optimized cooling design within the Endura T plunger ensures efficient and even cooling, significantly reducing cycle times. This leads to more efficient and homogenous cooling and faster solidification of the biscuit without compromising quality. 

Additionally, the ring's assembly and removal is quick, and can be done directly on the machine, minimizing downtime.

 

Vacuum and gliding effect

Endura T-RS version includes a spring bush (back ring) which has been specially designed for vacuum systems.
Made with softer steel, the spring bush slides easily and doesn’t damage the inner surface of the sleeve.

MATERIAL

Endura T plungers are made using high-strength steel alloy. The alloy has a high tensile strength and 80% higher thermal conductivity than a 1.2344 / H13 hot work tool steel.
