The key to the high effectiveness of
innoSleeve solution is the replaceable innoSleeve insert.

The innoSleeve solution includes an insert that shields the sleeve across the complete diameter and length - minimizing warpage, erosion, and wear, ultimately extending the average lifespan of sleeves by up to 30%.

This results in fewer sleeve replacements and fewer inserts used, leading to lower overall shot sleeve expenditures.

innoSleeve generates up to 70% less CO2. This way we are supporting our die-casting customers’ efforts to decrease their environmental footprint.

For each innoSleeve produced, we plant a tree to neutralize its CO2 footprint.

Innosleeve production reduces CO2 emissions by up to 70%, compared to regular shotsleeves. But CO2 reduction is just one side of the coin. We support the restoration of the ecosystem by planting more trees, donating from each innoSleeve we produce.

Therefore, for every new innoSleeve and innoSleeve insert produced, we plant trees to completely neutralize its CO2 footprint. What is more, our customers receive a tree certificate for each of the trees we plant in their name!

Lower Sleeve Expenditures
Only the Insert Needs Replacing

When the insert wears out, it is easily replaced with a new one while the sleeve remains in operation.

The difference in usage between the innoSleeve solution and the conventional shot sleeve is that with innoSleeve the cost of envelope occurs only once, when the solution is implemented and then, for each next replacement, only the insert needs to be replaced with a new one, while the envelope remains unchanged. Resulting in fewer and faster replacements and substantially lower expenditures.

Specially developed alloy

The innoSleeve insert/liner is crafted using a specially developed alloy that enables us to achieve a nitration layer hardness of up to 1,250 Hvickers.

This surpasses traditional shot sleeves made from 1.2243/H11 or 1.2344/H13 alloys by 25%. This significant difference in hardness results in a substantially longer lifespan—up to 55% longer than conventional sleeves.

Reduced Production Downtime
Faster, fewer replacements

Usage of innoSleeve reduces not only the frequency of replacements, but also the time it takes to complete the replacement.

The replacement of InnoSleeve insert is in most cases done on the machine, so it is 20% quicker than the replacement of the whole shot sleeve, significantly minimizing production stoppages.

The replacement is done without the need to dismantle it from the machine, using a specialized tool provided by us.
