HTS Plunger Range Overview
HTS's new plunger series - Conducta, Endura, and Performa - is engineered to directly tackle your main concerns: maximizing efficiency, minimizing downtime, and ensuring quality control.
Performa Series: Customizability & Unprecedented Strength
1. HOT WORK STEEL BODY
The plunger is made with a supreme hot work steel with Additive Manufacturing technology based on Conformal Cooling principles.
Excellent combination of high toughness and resistance to thermal fatigue cracking (also known as heat checking) results in high cooling power >> reduction of cycle time and highest lifetime on the market.
2. STEEL RING:
Opens during injection thanks to its own elasticity and thanks to aluminium penetrating between ring and plunger.
3. STEEL SPRING BUSH
Ensures contact plunger/sleeve at the back of the plunger thanks to its own elasticity.

PRODUCT DETAILS: Performa Plunger
Conducta Series: High conductivity and customization possibilities.
1. CuBe BODY
The plunger is made out of forged CuBe. Excellent combination of toughness and highest values of heat transfer.
2. STEEL RING
Opens during injection thanks to its elasticity and thanks to aluminum penetrating between the ring and plunger.
3. STAINLESS STEEL HOLDER
The plunger is fixed to its holder thanks to a special bayonet locking design.
4. STEEL SPRING BUSH
Ensures contact plunger/sleeve at the back of the plunger thanks to its elasticity.

Endura Series: Optimal Cooling and Vacuum Compatibility
