At HTS Technology Group, we are aware of the importance of privacy protection and operate in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act - (ZVOP-1) and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

We do not collect personal data from individuals who contact us via the general email address info@htsgroup.com, except in cases where they provide it voluntarily.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will process your personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation. We will retain them only for as long as necessary based on the legal basis and for the purposes for which they are processed.

Personal data obtained based on your consent are processed and stored until the purpose of the collection and processing is fulfilled or until the individual's consent is revoked. An individual may change or revoke their consent at any time.

After the retention period expires, we will effectively and permanently delete or anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with an individual.


SUBSCRIBING TO HTS TECHNOLOGY GROUP NEWSLETTERS

When you confirm your subscription to the HTS Technology Group newsletters, the provided email address is entered into the platform for mass emailing, Mailchimp. 

For each subscriber, we will record the following information: date and time of opening the HTS Technology Group sent newsletter, date and time of clicks on links within each issue of the newsletter, recipient's IP address data, IP location, information on the browser and device used to access the newsletter, audit trail of all actions performed by the controller, and audit trail of all actions performed by the recipients.

The provided email address will be used exclusively for the purposes of occasionally sending notifications related to activities, events, and important information regarding the operation of the HTS Technology Group. The legal basis for sending HTS Technology Group electronic newsletters is your valid consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Data regarding your email will be stored until you unsubscribe from the email notification service. You can unsubscribe from receiving the newsletters at any time. A link to unsubscribe can be found at the bottom of each message.

For the purposes of promoting the project and informing about our activities and materials, we use social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). When accessing the relevant networks and platforms, the data processing terms and rules of their controllers apply, and the implementers of the HTS Technology Group project are not responsible for them.
