KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

HTS Steel is a leading provider of fully customizable industrial heat treatment and surface treatment services for the tooling and mass manufacturing industries. We also offer a wide range of value-added services, including process development, evaluation and control, and laboratory services.

Due to our growing business volume, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new sales and manage existing customer relationships, contributing to HTS Steel's growth in Hungary.

Key Account Manager 

Main responsibilities include:

• Management of customer-related activities (contacts, regular meetings, communication, consulting);
• Expanding the customer base with new customers
• Offers and contracts preparation – price/discount management and updating of documents
• Maintaining and supervising sales and technical documentation
• Solving claims and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Active participation in the company’s marketing activities
