We are equipped with advanced, high-precision machining technology to handle a wide variety of materials and geometries, consistently delivering exceptional results.

To ensure the highest quality, our state-of-the-art CMM measurement and 3D scanning systems verify that every component meets the most demanding standards.

Our machine park, consisting of 58 machines,  covers:  

  • Conventional Machining: milling, high-precision milling, turning, drilling, deep drilling, saw cutting, rough machining

  • Grinding and Finishing: grinding, high-precision grinding, honing

  • Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM): wire EDM, sink EDM

Machine Park

High Precision Milling

  • 3- and 5-axis HP CNC machines.
  • Complex geometries and tight tolerances - down to +- 0,005 mm. 
  • Capacity: up to 1,400 × 1,200 × 600 mm / 3,000 kg.

CNC Milling (General)

  • 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines.
  • Complex geometries and tight tolerances - down to 0 +/- 0,015 mm
  • Capacity: up to 3,000 × 2,200 × 1,200 mm / 15,000 kg.

Roughing

  • Vertical and horizontal 3-axis machines.
  • Vertical range: up to 4,000 × 2,800 × 800 mm / 16,000 kg.
  • Horizontal range: up to 3,000 × 1,200 × 500 mm / 15,000 kg.

Grinding

  • HP Grinding capacity: up to 2,000 × 1,200 mm x 750 / 2,500 kg.
  • Grinding capacity: up to 3,200 × 1,500 mm / 6,000 kg.

Deep Drilling

  • Deep drilling capacity: up to 1,800 mm from one side or 3,000 mm from both sides.

Measurement & 3D Scanning

  • Measurement capacity: up to 2,000 × 1,200 mm / 6,000 kg.

Furnace Capacities 

Our equipment portfolio includes batch furnaces, vacuum hardening furnaces, gas and plasma nitriding and nitrocarburizing units, as well as annealing and tempering furnaces.
We also cover advanced processes such as sub-zero tempering, cryogenic treatment, and black layer oxidation.

We are the only producer of conformal cooling and flow components in the world that utilizes four different additive manufacturing technologies, depending on thermal conductivity, mechanical properties, and dimensional requirements.

Laboratory Testing & QA

Our customers are offered complete laboratory services, starting at individual tests and measurements down to a full mechanical and microstructural examination of materials according to international standards and reporting and certification according to EN 10204 standard.
