CNC machined components

By offering complex parts which are machined to the final required dimension in requested tolerances based on 2D or 3D drawings provided by the customer, we let tool makers focus on their core processes of making inserts and assembling tools. As a part of extensive support, we can also make heat treatment of the required parts and create 3D optical measurement protocols. If required we can make a semi-finish with roughly milling 3D shapes files with offset for final machining at your facility, and we provide you with an STL file.
